BIG BAZAAR KALYAN
I have not recived the free gift

Hi,

I purchased a juicer and mixer product of Philips on 01/10 from Big Bazaar Kalyan (TID: 24318529). If require I will provide you the bill no. and product ID.

Philips had offered a Scratch and Win, a free gift, in which I got Travel Bag. At that time of purchase the sales person asked me to collect the gift after 15days as they had to send the gift list to Philips and get back the gift from.

And every time when and go and ask them for free gift, they take my details like name, phone no and product I purchased into a register and tell me that they will call me on phone to collect the gift.

It is the 5th month now and till now I have not received the gift and no one has

made a call to collect the gift.

First visit: they took the details and said they will contact me after they receive the gift.

Second visit: took the details and they said they have sent a mail to Philips and wait for the gifts.

Third visit: not yet received the gifts from Philips. We have the details will contact.

Forth visit: again took the details and said will contact you.

Every month I go for the monthly household items. And let’s see what they will say in my next visit this month.

I don’t know whether the problem is with Big Bazaar or Philips.

Only thing i know is i can speak to Big Bazaar and not to Philips.

Kindly look into this issue.
