I bought a bunk bed from BB Banashankari. The product was delivered after 2 days but the carpenter who was supposed to come and assemble did not turn up even after 2 weeks. I am still struggling to get hold of carpenter but the response is quite poor.
The sales man who sold the product keeps on promising dates but only god knows when they will come and assemble my cot.
As far as furniture are concerned, as someone said correctly, the Big Bazaar prices are same as in traditional shops (like Shivajinagar in Bangalore). For furniture it is better to avaoid Big Bazaa
