I had been to big bazar bhubaneswar with one of my friend.she purchased a thing from the first floor and since the billing machine was not functioning she had to come down.
instead of coming from the stares from the 1st floor to the ground floor, mistakenly she took the exit and the security also allowed her.when the alarm went of she was stopped and verbally harassed for an hour by the manager and other staff.when we started to stop them they also verbally abused us and were behaving like street dogs without maners and dint have respect for the lady there.
if this is the attitude of the staff who wld like to go and shop there where the costumers are treated like someone very unimportant.
this matter should be taken care of since this is not a new thing in bigbazar bhubaneswar.
pls take care of this thing else future group is actually planning for its big failure..
