when i brought the item at home, it did not work as per expectation. I had informed to the concerned person that i am not satisfied and I want to return the same. other side it was told that i will send eruka forbs engineer to give demo. no-one came to us, than i went to Big Bazar to return the same. same was deposited to Big Bazar on 3rd April'2010. They said they do not have model which i want to buy hence they need some time, mean time i should leave this item, they will sell out and will confirm on my mobile no. to buy new item in exchange.
today (17.04.2010) i visited to Big Bazar to get new item. now Big Bazar people are troubling me and not refunding my amount. Now they are saying that amount can be refunded only after deducting 25%.
kindly direct to Big Bazar to refund my amount.
