I got Club Mahindra Membership on 27th September at Noida Office which is situated in Centrage Mall. I applied for the cancellation of this membership due to some financial problem on 4th October which is within the 10 Days of taking memebership where Full Down Payment amount is refunded within 35 to 40 days according to their Document.
My membership has been cancelled in the month of October. The Club Mahindra Executives informed me that your full down payment amount will be refunded within 30- 40 days. But in the month of December i came to know that my refund case is transferred to Delhi Branch which is situated in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. I got the call from Delhi Branch and their executive told me that your full amount will be refunded in the 10th day of january. When i called to them after 10th day of january for confirming my refunding amount, then they told me that ur case is in processing and your amount will definitely refunded in the 10 th day of feburay. On my request, they also sent one mail where clearly mentioned that i got my refund money on or before 10th feburay. But they did not refund my money on 10th febuary. When i called again then they again told me that your case is in processing.
They never call to me from their side for giving the exact status of my refund money. They are completely unprofessional and cheater. They do wrong commitment with the members.
I kindly request you to provide me help to get my refund money from Club Mahindra..
