Pathetic Service and still no refund

I Sushil Kumar Ahuja, a member of Big flicks pvt limited since 1st Feb till 1st March. My membership number of Bigflicks is 19912359. Right from the begining their delivery service was pathetic, and they were adding extra movies in the rental history which were never ever delivered to me. I cancelled my membership after a month time and I was told that I will recieve my security money in 15days.

But till now nothing has been done and even they do not give any assurance for the refund and the amount of time they will take.
