I have bought Big Tv 2months back and hardly we have viewed the cahnnels for 25 days..Whenever I complain about anything they will tell SLA is 48 hours, but they will never give a solution..Now Iam not getting the channels as per the package and I have lodged the complaint 1 week back but they r always speaking about the sla whenever I call and the problem is not rectified yet... So I want my cash back...
