I have purchased an Big TV with Max Pack 1yr Subscription. As per the advertisement shown and the promotions all the packages are there in max pack. But after a week of installation suddenly the NDTV package was not available in my subscription. I have called to customer care 1st time and they have said this is temporary prob and will be resumed in half an hr.

After 2 hr i have called when i did not received the NDTV channels and than the other guy has said you need to recharge for that package. When i enquired about that more why it is required he said he was wrong and the services will be resumed within max 24 hrs. I logged a complaint.

Even after 24 hr the same problem comtinued and i have call the customer care again. At that time the new guy was not able to trace my previous compaint no and than he asked me to logged a new complaint and wait for 48 hr.

In the mean time while discussing the bad experiance of Customer care, i daid i had made a worng decission to buy Reliance Big TV and he said " You Should Have Thought Before Purchase". I was shocked what a ustomer Care. As i have spend Rs.5000 on this i had no other way to get rid of this but to continue. The proble is continued and after 15 days out of 7 channels of NDTV nor i am getting 2 channels and as per their policy i need to pay Rs.40 if i want the other channels.

I would like to request all the readers and all persons not to buy the RELIANCE BIG TV. Please save your money.

These people will suck your money.
