My experience with BIG TV
This is with reference to my smart card number 200556251127 in the name of Thulasidasappa.
I am just bring to concern people notice, I had taken BIG TV connection almost 3 months back, at the time of installation one of your executive had come to my house and he had furnished all the formalities in front me, when I bought this connection for yearly package in that package I got 2 recharge coupon one is for Rs, 200 other one for Rs, 500. After some time suddenly the connection got disconnected, same time I had contacted your customer care people to resolve issues, with in day I got back my connection.
And same problem had repeated in the month of 24th Nov 08, I had contacted your customer care representative on 25th Nov 08, during my discussion he was mentioning that the executive who had visited my house not recharged worth of Rs.500, he was saying we can’t do anything about this, you need to contact the same person to get it recharged my balance. Same day I contacted that person he was saying there was no issues, according to him he did recharged worth of Rs, 700 at the time of installation and he also told me that please share my contact information to your call center for further clarification, I did shared the number on 26th Nov 08.But till today I been calling your call center representative about final result, no one can able to give exact status till today.
As customer I am suffering along with family members without watching TV from more then 32 days. And I am ashamed talk to my friends about this BIG TV connection.
I am just not able digest this about the big companies in INDIA like reliance I don’t know whom trust this matter.
Finally I just decided to pursue further on enquiry more about how to go about to the consumer court and other various channels to bring to the public notice about my experience with BIG TV.
