I have subscribed to BIG TV in November and since then using it. My subscriber number is 7834-6885. I have a problem with the service and no action is being taken even after complaining about it several time. This is very irritating for the customer.
I made a recharge of R.S.240/- on 27th Jan and asked to apply service pack3. Suddenly on 16th February all my services were deactivated and all channels locked. When i called customer care I got various reasons for this from different people. The response is that the same package was activated two times at the same time which seems to be very strange and also the server was down and similar explanations.
On top of this even after disconnecting money is getting deducted from my account and it shows negative balance making it even more worse every time.
I want an action to be taken against my complain as soon as possible by the higher authorities.
