With great hopes I selected Reliance BIG TV service on 31st Jan. The service was activated on 01-Feb. With in one months time I am deeply regretting decision of selecting BIG TV as service provider. I am not getting what I paid for since last three days.
on 1st Feb I had selected for Starter pack 2 (with Regional pack Marathi) and activated Kids Plus. Suddenly from 20th Feb all channels from Starter Pack (Except GyanDarshan) were disappeared.
Trouble time started for us. We called customer care number immediately, they assured that the problem would be resolved within next four hours and instructed us to keep STB on standby mode for 4 hour. Considering Reliance reputation we thought that the problem would be resolved as promised. NOW EVEN AFTER 3 DAYS THE PROBLEM REMAINS UNRESOLVED.
Since last 3 days we have called BIG TV consumer care for 5 to 6 times. This is how each call goes
- Call goes to operator (1st line support)
- Every call he/she asks for smart card number and asks the problem
- Conversation lasts for 10 to 15 mins, promises to solve the problem
- We are not happy with answer, call goes to senior (2nd line support)
- I hold the phone for 10 minutes before senior comes on the call
- Senior promises to look into the problem personally and again I get time-line of 4 hours to solve the problem. I get new complaint number.
Following are the complaint number I got till date 89628634, 89664617, 89706348. I stopped writing down complaint number now.
I would appreciate if you can help me to get a compensation for all the pain that I am going through.
