I have taken BIG TV connection vide smart card No: 200594623951 & 200594623648 at the same address under Multi Set top Box Option in Sep 2008. Acc. to the scheme in the second connection only half of recharge required. In smart card No:200594623648 I was recharging as per the scheme but it is not working for even full month. When I contacted the customer care they told me that in my form their installation engineer has not entered the connection under Multi Set top Box Option. At the time of installation I have repeatedly requested their installation engineer to enter the same in Multi Set top Box Option & he said that he has entered it. Now their customer care people are saying that now it is not possible. Tell me why I should pay excess for the fault of their engineer. Kindly help me & resolve the issue.

I am really annoyed with this FRAUD ACT OF BIG TV
