Hi I taken Big Tv on august 27th and on the next day itself they came and installed. After some days my set top box starts giving trouble. I raise the complaint to the customer care. But no one showing ineterest to handle my call. The customer care is working fine by saying it will be solved with in 48 hrs time. So please dont go for Big Tv better go for another DTH if you really need quality service. This is my sincere request. Nearly some thosuands of cases are still pending with Big TV.
