Hello Reliance,
I purchased Big TV Setup Box on Sep-27. They installed on Sep-30. After watching the TV for 3 hrs, I see only black screen. I logged a complaint on Sep-30. Over the phone, they had asked me to remove the cable, check LNB cable, hold the power button for 30 seconds etc... and finally found that it is proper fixation of the antena the angle has been changed and thus no signal. They have to come and align the Dish antena and hardly it would take 5 minutes for them. Today date is Oct-09- and they haven't come. I was been calling the call center daily and telling them about the problem. They say sorry for that and they will send a person in 24 hrs. I know that doesn't happen.
Reliance, If you couldn't fix the antena, atleast tell me a local person who can come and do it. I am ready to pay for that also.
