SALARY NOT RECIVING FROM LAST 24 MONTHS

Sir,

My father is serving with Bihar Electricity in Dharbhanga as Meter reader (ECAW) from last five years. But from last 24 months he did not recived salery from his organisation, so pl you think as a Ex-Servisman haw they can manage theair life.

So i his request you that pl clear all out standing payments of my father i will ever thankfull to you for that.
