Non receipt of payment

Billion brook asked me to open account in The eteller account, which have done and as per that they have deposited the amount also. Even from the eteller they have posted saying they have transferred the requested amount to my Axis Bank account at Chennai.

But when I approached my bank here, they have not received any email or transfer intimation.

Can anybody guide me in this matter.
