Sub: request for rectification of postal address: reg.,
With reference to the subject cited above, I am to inform you that, I have a residence land line with Telephone No 080-25732733 since 1999. I have made ECS for bill payments. Since than, I was receiving my telephone bills regularly. But for the few months it became irregular. But when I made efforts to alert the Postal department staff and to find out the reason for the same. I was informed that new house number allotted in our area of Begur village by the panchayath. Has been followed by postal authorities, hence, the telephone bills are not reaching to my address. As the house number in my telephone bill is with the old house number they were unable to deliver the same to my address.
Hence, I request you to kindly rectify the same by adding the new house number in the address given on the bill as below so as to enable the prompt delivery. I am providing old address as well the present new address required to be replaced in my telephone bills in future. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
