I was asked by ICICIBank by phone to register for payment of my telephone bills. I received one sms from you stating that my BSNL refused to take my landline bill. I also received that you have processed my Airtel dues Rs.1925-83/- on 01/7/o8., but I paid the same on 25/6/08 as Airtel asked me that I have to pay the due of Rs.225/- of lastmonthbill. so I paid the last month bill and presentbill which is due on 09/7/08. Icleared the tortal due amount Rs.1925/- on 25/6/08 and you debited from my account same amount on 01/7/08. So double payment was done Please verify and credit the above said amount to my account as I already paid the due amount to Airtel.
