Sub. : Monthly Pension not received from APFO (Pension), Karnal
Dear Sir,
It is a matter of great concern that I am holding my saving account no. 0471000100377138 at branch PNB, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana and my Pension account no is 15590.
My monthly pension amounting to Rs. 1, 730 is being credited to this account. However, from the month of March, 09 has not been credited so far to my above account.
It was clarified by Bank. That a form/declaration has to be submitted to the branch which was also submitted. But till date my pension for this period has not been credited.
Under the circumstances, I approach your good office to please. look into it & take necessary action so that my pension is credited without any further delay.
