Dear Sir,
With great regret I would like to apprise you that about a week back I lodged a complaint about my above mentioned refrigerator which was purchased in April and after that I and my wife also made about 10 call at your call centres 30308282 but there was a stereo type message that our engineer will difinetly visit before 8 O'clock in the evening. Yesterday he visited but he could not understand the fault and told my wife the he will visit today. Today when my wife called again at call centre, we were surprised to hear that there was message at call centre that he filled gas in the refrigerator. When he visited today he conveyed that heater is not working and they have to get the same from Mumbai. It will be replaced only on next Monday or Tuesday.
I have been seeing the advertisement every now and then in the newspapers. TV etc, claiming that Samsung is one of the leading and efficient servicing industry. But if this is the state of affair of one of leading company in Electronic goods, I am sorry that customers will definitely switched off to other choices. Mine is a bitter experience with Samsung.
May I request you to get my Refrigerator repaired by tomorrow as we are facing hardships, my mother is old age lady, my daugther is a patient, we both are working and cannot afford to wait for next week.
