Reliance Power IPO
No money refunded no shares alloted

I had applied for 225 shares of Reliance power Ipo, the form no being 4986164 through a cheque no 617853 through HDFC bank, but i have not been allotted any shares yet and i have not been refunded the balance amount also.

please provide me some help on this matter.
