I have purchase a new Mobile from hot spot on 16-05-08 and get new no. with this mobile. mobile no is 9717468870. and i have given all the document MY BIke RC HR-10-9737. and one photo copy driving licence, licence no is 13476. but till now its not activated. two or three times i have called on hot spot and they told me with in half and hour it will activaed what can i do
