Settelment money not received

I had resigned from Birla Sunlife Insurance on Feb as a Agency Manager (employee code 14750) from Rajsamand Branch Rajasthan and I have not received my settelment money after resignation. In this context after speaking to the Branch Manager, he informed me that it was error on part of the HR Dept Mumbai and same will be rectified as soon as possible and now since several months have passed by he is reluctant to speak on this topic.

I will be very grateful if I will be given proper advice on how to claim my settelment amount.
