I am the policy holder of birla sunlife insurance company at Kormangala

branch, bangalore. One important information i am interested to bring to

your notice as the birla sunlife insurance company, Kormangala, Bangalore is cheating the customers by giving false promises. They are telling the customers to take the policy by paying first premium and show few customers as business after few days we can reimburse the first premium amount as a commission. So i had taken a policy and paid an amount of Rs.16, 000/-approximately by giving my cheque to the branch manager (Rajeev Nair). As the branch manager asked me to meet after few days to get my commission. After sending number of mails to the birla sunlife company and meeting my branch manager. Now they are telling what ever you want you can do this was the message i got from the branch manager.

It is not possible to give commission as per IRDA rules and regulations

then how can the branch manager of birla sunlife can give false promises and cheat the customers after paying the amount. I used to meet him every month he used to tell me wait for some time. After few days i checked the issue at birla sun life insurance company at head office. They told the commission amount was already transferred immediately then i lodged a complaint at the head office but no one has taken serious action. So please take necessary action and reimburse my amount are else i want bring this issue to public regarding this company through media.
