This is for your information, records and further necessary action at the earliest with reference to the above mentioned policy.

After continuous follow ups with Mr. Bhanu, (Mob:9885708802) your executive under Mr. Sai Babu. B (Agency Manager), Somajiguda, Hyderabad, finally I could collect my policy bond by September 2nd week. Even after the realization of my cheque, it took more than a month before I could receive the policy bond. But well, with this inordinate delay in services your bunch of surprises was not over.

Next was a major mistake in the policy. My date of Birth is wrongly mentioned as 17/11/1961 instead of 1951.My driving license copy was submitted as age proof which bears DOB:17/11/1951. The same was pointed out to Mr. Rajshkhar (Somajiguda) and I have even given a copy of my passport for correction and updation of DOB. Again it is more than a month with futile efforts made from my end calling the concerned people. It is a matter of concern that a company of your profile has responded in this manner or rather not responded to your customer with whom you look forward to an enduring relationship!!!

Meanwhile I was shocked and confused to see the copy of my driving license which is a part of the policy bond. My DOB reads 17/11/1961 in the same whereas the original bears 17/11/1951.This is a very serious issue which needs to be addressed immediately and investigated further.

The customer care executives available at your toll free no : 18002707000 seems totally clueless as your server is down almost always. Through your website I have lodged a complaint for which I got a reply mail asking for further details. I wish to thank you for the same and hope these details are enough for you to take necessary corrective measures.

I hope there will definitely be immediate action from your end which will help in having the trust and faith of customers like me in future also.
