I brought a drill machine online from rediff shopping, the day I put it On within 3 to 4 hrs of operation there was a violent spark in it. Secondly it gets Hot when put on for some time. and we cannot drill holes for a larger time as it gets hot. The "CE" marking given is it of any relevance. The Refff people give a standard reply you send the Drill machine to their Vendor he will replace it within few days and you will be compensted for the trouble by gift coupen.
My second bad experience with the Rediff shopping is for Watches, both the watches were purchased and when deivered in one watch the belt was broken as the Pin inside the belt was absent, and the second watch was not working. Who will send these Watches again in the courior and bear more loss.
Can we put some kind of control on these people who really make us a fool in these type of transactions.
As we have to pay before checking the parcel, we cannot refuse the parcel without opening it and till then the couriour person is out of our premises.
Please help this problem most of the customers might have faced
