Customer care employees are not responding

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one B&D Table fan from Reliance Digital Shoppee at shipra mall (Indirapuram), Ghaziabad on 30/06.i have started using the fan which was purchased from reliance digital shoppee on 10/07. Then i found the fan speed is very low, immediately i have approached Reliance Digital Shoppee customer care on 11/07, they have given one complaint form copy and taken 10 days for repair and they have given the date of 21/07. when i go for collect my product it is not ready and they told me we will send the product by our person to your address, but they have not send. The way they are responding including the customer care manager also i never seen in my 32years of lifetime and they are not reviewing the complaints. Then i thought unfortunately i purchased from reliance digital shoppee such a big company, but because of worthless staff i lost my confidence. Till today i have not got my product which was given on 11/07. i have contacted B&D company Person his name is Mr. Pradeep (9810405594) on 24/08 at around 2:00pm he told me today your product will deliver, but result is same as mentioned above. At last i am writing the complaint.

please help me sir for this time. In future i will not purchase from Reliance Digital Shoppe.
