Blackberry bold 9000
Lcakberry bold defective one month old

I bought a Blackberry Bold few weeks back (Pin:20DBFBA5 IMEI:

351845.03.466899.9) i was very happy with but suddenly last week the handset

LCD started shaking and all color resolution of the handset got disappeared

i was certainly very shocked to see this, as paying such a nice amount and

getting such shocking result in weeks was bad, i have launched a complain

with AIRTEL (Kolkata, India) (Complain no- 27852249). my compain to you is paying a big price not getting a damaged piece which is just a week old i have lost my faith in that piece i want a DOA or a GRN to be done. please help

i have also contacted airtel for the same but no help.
