My Company Champagne Indage Ltd. Purchased Blackberry Curve 8310 handset with VODAFONE connection on April 7. The phone was in use for 8 months with regular emails and confidential data was saved in the handset. The handset was stolen/lost on 25th December. The SIM card has been deactivated. Our request for deactivating the handset and tracking the handset has been denied by VODAFONE. According to them BLACKBERRY handsets owners are not entitled for this facility and the lost handset can be used by any other person.
Our several requests for deactivating the handset so that very crucial and confidential information can be kept intact, has been declined by VODAFONE. The complaints are shown the dust bin.
