RIM prepaid connection
For automatic activation of sms score service pack

I hav submitted complaint on 11 nov.complaint number was 58527076.

i hav got the response that service is charged correctlly.

while i had mentioned clearly that i didn't make any call or sms for the activation of this service.

this service is activated because of fault of your system and i hav suffered earlier twice with the same problem.

as i never did anything for activation of such service.

this is activated itself.

i want my money back in my account balance.
