Delay in delivery and misguide when asked for information

Dear,

This is to bring to your notice that this site is totally hopeless.

I purchased 1 blackeberry handset but firstly bcz of site problem, 4 orders were booked then after many efforts that only one has been ordered they took too much time to despatch it and excuse with them is that there was some technical problem /documentation at their end.

My order was placed on 1st of sept and today is 23rd and i havnt recd it yet.

and further, whenevr we ask them to connect to senior they say..they are busy in meetings. They kept providing us wrong information like Blue dart number (i have written proof of that) but truth is that they had not despatched with the product even (which was accepted by their executive)

they are not even ready to listen the grievances and pay any gud compensation for the mental tension suffered by me and my family. It was a birthday gift but now bday has passed and i dnt think that i m gonna receive in cuming days even...

Kindly take some strict action and provide me some compensation for the same.
