I bought reliance blackberry world edition about three weeks back. Since the day one there is no voice clarity. The company officer Mr. Krishna Singh said that he will replace my handset within a week. Till date nothing has been done. The sim card for global roaming has not been handed over to me.
Relinace is handling blackberry customers very unprofessionally. If not resolved I will go to consumer court.
They took a week to activate my handset. and then Mr. Krishna Singh says dont you know CDMA does not have voice clarity as compared to GSM. Why the hell I was sold a CDMA connection?
