Dear Mr. S D Aggarwal, Mr. Sachin Aggarwal and Ms. Mamta Aggarwal
I am hoping to receive a favorable response from you on this email. This is a SERIOUS matter that needs attention of top management and hence I am forced to address to you.
I had sent a parcel, a computer part, weighing 3 kgs, from Mumbai (Fort branch) to Thiruvalla (Kerala) on March 5th. I was charged Rs 60/kg (i.e. Rs 180 in total) for air freight. I was promised delievery by Saturday, Mar 7th. However this did not happen and I kept repeatedly following up with your Mumbai (Fort and Andheri offices) and Cochin office. No body helped. They themselves dont know the delivery time or the status of the package. The online tracking was also not showing anything.
I called up Mr. SPS Bedi and Mr Vimal Sharma. They just passed on the buck and asked me to speak to someone else. Nothing happened. I registered a complaint at your call center in Delhi (011-43560800) and was given the complaint number N6. But nobody responded to me.
Anyways, the package finally got delivered on March 11 to the recipient in Thiruvalla. To my utter shock, the unit has been damaged in transit. It was in perfect working condition when I had sent it from Mumbai. I had padded it well enough, using corrugated box, 5 layers of newspapers and 4 layers of bubble wrap. However, the recipient has told me that "it seems the body was hit badly on lower right end and also the lock which hold the faceplate to the rest of the unit is missing due to which it cannot be used as normal"
I demand an explanation as to why and how it got damaged? Did the delivery boys not take necessary precautions during transit?
I would also like you to notice the power of internet. I am member of many popular online forums, one of which is 'Indian Consumer Complaints Forum". If you click on this link (http://inconsumercomplaints.com/search/blazeflash/page/1), you will see at least 50 complaints against Blazeflash.
I hope some action will be taken and my email will reach the right people at Blazeflash.
Thanks
