my parents hav delivered a courier fm agra on 9th july 09, which is not received by me till date..(16th july 09)

courier no. is 191302165...

on askin, their people says tht they will deliver it by tomorrow mornin..

then y v need 2 pay so much 2 courier co. if they will take 7 8 days 2 deliver... r they chargin 4 these stupid services...

is their anyone fm d co. who can explain me n justify d charges..
