FILE A COMPLAINT

Till date not received our courie

I had sent a courier from Gauhati to Delhi dated 11.07.09 .but it will not reached there till 25-08-09 .My POD No. 238121929 and this courier company status is not up-to-date. and customer care they didn't respond. even i sent many mails to this company head office manager but they didn't respond e-mail id is :, [email protected], [email protected].

So Please tell me what i do?
