Parcel not received more then 50 days

Dear sir,

We have booked one parcel of 13 Kg.on paid basis Rs.380/-from Sudarshan Kitchen Aid P Ltd INDORE to Kent Ro Systems Ltd NOIDA on 17/03/09 Th. Blaze flash courier Ltd INDORE doc.no.199176096.

But my party has not received parcel till date 12/05/09.

We are talking from last 15 days at indore office with mr.tiwari mob.no.9303024455, but till date they have not delivered the parcel.so please delivered parcel immidietly & reply us.
