Consignment not deliverd

Dear sir,

My customer has book the consignment on 04/06 from delhi to ludhiana. It is bull shit services given by this courrier company that i always geting courrier in 6 - 7 days from delhi, inspite of verbaly complaints many times no action was taken by the company.

Please look in to this matter and take necessary actions immediately.
