No delivery of parcel

Sir,

i had booked a parcel to mr arun kumar of shradahpuri meerut cant on 20th of nov from trivandrum, vide docket no 180365175. the parcel was accepted by an agent of blaze flash on mg road near gandhariamman koil trivandrum. his phone no is 00919249555123.

the parcel has not been delivered so far, the agent says it was sent to delhi, but it does not show up on the tracker. please help
