Thisis the worst courier service i have had an encounter with so far. the worst part is they do not deliver your consignment in time but the even worst is that they talk rude and do not take responsibility and above all thery even threaten you that if you keep asking for your consignment that it will get even more delayed.
I booked a consignment on 9th (consign no. 291777164 destined to mr. jai gaurh near, near PDD col. main gate, raniganj, distt. burdwan, west bengal.) which is not delivered yet. the consignment is lying in their burdwan office from past 4 days but i dont know why they are not delivering it. every day they say they hav sent the courier boy with the consignment but it never reached its destination yet.
The delay has already caused me a big loss, my husband was supposed to take part in some sports event and he missed it because of the delay in consignment, which was a big set back for him. when he called the concernd persion at burdwan office mr. Ram Sinha Roy regarding this, he talked very rudly with him and even said that he would delay the consignment even more. This is not a kind of treatment you are supposed to do with your customers.
