My parcel not delivered

Dear sir

i am saroj kumar thakur make a courier through blazeflash courier on the date 2-07-08 to symbiosis centre pune. till the date of 11-07-08 2:30pm still courier is not delivered. i am asking that courier person and company as well as, what is my courier status but till now i am getting any satisfactory answer. i am quyring him to give my POD. then he is not able to giving atleast proper response. i already make few complaints not a single responce is given. in that courier i post my exam form and DD amount of Rs.750 .now what should i do.
