I find these boards are useless stuff.. It is like writing a graffittee in the wall or shout from the top of 20 story building to take out anger... I feel only idiots write on these sites... if you are such, please continue... it is always better to take it up with the companies directly... I see so many complaints on different Indian Banks like HDFC, ICICI bank etc... do you really get any solution writing here? I had problem with ICICI bank with their credit cards, I have been having a little difficult problem, call centre was not able to resolve, so I used the normal escalation as mentioned in their website and wrote to the Nodal Officer... I got a resolution immediately... Just for all of your information, who like a fool wirtes on this blogs site to get a resolution, Nodal Officer of a Bank is a customer's advocate, you can wirte to them and their email id & contact details would be available in any Bank's site, if you are right & you right is legitimate, you will get the right resolution... Just for all of your information, these Nodal Officer is mandatory by RBI and answerable to RBI for all compliants from customers...
