I went to Ajanta Ellora very recently, I found lots of graffitte on the walls of the cave "Tommy loves Julie", "we are the best people in the earth" "please write your name here if you love India" etc etc.. I find these are all ways to take out your emotion & Blog Sites are the same... there is no difference. I feel only ediots and people who knows that they are in fault and can't get a solution if going on the proper route, writes here... Do you really get any solution writing in these sites or it is another way of taking out your frustration??? I had a problem with the largest private sector bank in the country (i think I don't have to take the name) with their credit card... it was little complicated problem, call centre was not able to provide solution & I was also frustrated... then I had gone through their site properly and understood thare is an escalation mechanism in the organisation. I worte to the Nodal Officer, I got a proper resolution... For all of you who are serious about your problem, I suggest you write serious mail to companay representatives (every reputed company has a customer complaint redressal mechanism), chances are that you will get a solution faster... for people who want knows very well that they are at a fault but still want to prove that they are not wrong... this is the best route... or climb up a 20 story building and SHOUT form the roof "mei chor nehi huuu" to prove you are not wrong... I feel all the blog sites are like this only, so that you don't have to climb upto the roof top of 20 storey building!!!
