No delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked my cylinder on 29 jan and the cylinder is not delivered till today. and when i called them today in afternoon they said that our request has been cancelled because our home was locked on 4 feb. but this is not that . i had aslo metioned them while booking the gas cylinder that delivery shuld be done after one pm.

this is not the first time, they do the same things from the last 1 year.

I had requested them to give the cylinder today as i am not havng gas. but they didnt listen!!!

my gas connection number is 12078 in the name of sanju bala gupta.

please do the needfull as soon as possible.
