LPG -Indane gas refeulling with Blossom Gas Agency Model Town II
General Harassment and irregularities

Sir,

With due respect I want to bring to your notice the following practices in place for harassing customers by Blossom Agencies for corrective measures and appropriate action please.

1. I have got Indane connection transfered from Bangalore, to Blossom Agnecies Model Town II.

last year in August, It took the agancy four months to transfer the connection.

2. The Agency doesn't consider the fact that in today's fast pace life all the members of a

house hold may be working and their delivery man may not find any one at home. This problem

agrravates for single working professionals. The request for delivery on saturedays is not easily entertained. and I would also like to draw your attention to fact that many single working professionals may not have a holiday on satureday and Sunday is an agency closed day.

The delivery man comes, finds house locked and cancels the booking.

3. If request is made that the customer will pickup the cylinder from the godown it is outrightly

refused."we don't provide godown pickups".

4. For single working professionals who are anyway booking once every 4 to 5 months

curtsey would have been enough to find a solution to this problem i.e. please keep the cylinder with

booking office and customre can pickup once informed. But looks like Blossom Agency wants to create a situation that the customer have to buy cylinder at their own risk at much higher price in black from their employees plying with cylinders in the area once they fail to deliver even in 28 days after n number of booking and cancelling and rebooking cycles.

5. For my personal case being single, I have, in last 9 months, booked only twice but every time I have wasted many days getting the refeuled cylinder from Blossom Agency. Don't they value customer time? Certain numbers are put on low priority (which is so easy with electronic exchanges now a days) and so certain customers seldom get the booking line free. Also with these conditions

I had to run at least twice on both occasion to the agency in person.

regards

Alka Dikshit
