This parcel was sent on 27th November to be delivered in Kerela. It has not reached even 5 days after that day!!! I am not able to get any information about where it is stuck either. No response on any of the customer care numbers. The Bangalore office does not have any idea about the status of this parcel after it has reached Kerela. What kind of co-ordination is this???
