Despathched on 02.02.2011 with correct delivery address but surprised to know from the courier website that address of consignee incorrect and unable to deliver. after contact the recipient and Chennai branch of courier office (24323994) we came to know that the address was correct and our recipient had to collect it personally from the particular courier delivery office . this caused lot of tension and calls and time. kindly look into this matter as such incidents can cause lot of loss to the consignee and consignor.
