I was applied for PAN Card for 3 or 4 times. Everytime If Income tax dept. send us pan card through Blue Dart courier. They are not informing them that they dont have services in Burail village (Sector 45 B). And they are not informing us through phone call or any other service that we can receive our products. I Had called in their customer service. but they are using bad language with us. after that they send back our packs to Mumbai return. I am very tired from them... Plz Take an quick action as possible as soon
