A Document was sent from delhi on 31.12.11 with thr understanding that it will be delivered by 2nd jan. However on non receipt the local office was contacted and non receipt at local office was confirmed with promise of del on 3rd afternoon. At 1530 hrs the office was contacted. Got busy tone for 1 mins after that some one just picked up th phone and kept it off the hook??? ph nbr 01352520152. On contacting the central office in delhi, the answer was nikal chuka hai mil jayega and kept on hold. No customer relations or manners.
