WRONG APPROACH TO CUSTOMER

BLUE DART - DHL COURIER agreed for delivery next day by 2nd half, so a courier (AWB-13312694883) was sent on 30.08.11 and was conveyed Blue Dart staff the consignment was urgent and had to deliver by 31.8.11,

And today on 31.08.11 BLUE DART- DHL COURIER is giving following excuses

1) first it was told that the consignment was not picked up

2) we dont have staff to deliver the consignment as it reached late to destination

Is it the Shippers fault?

Why the consignment was taken if BLUE DART-DHL (FORMALLY KNOW HAS A ONTIME DELIVERY) WAS NOT CAPABLE OF DELIVERY AND DOES'NT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF.
