Iam a Distributor of ICICI PRUDENTIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY. On 07-02, the ICICI PRUDENTIAL A.M.C. has
sent a courier to me through BLUE DART COURIER SERVICE wide Way Bill No.44074909981, dt. 07-02. The Courier Boy has come to my residence on 08-02 to deliver the shipment. But nobody was there at my residence as my family is out of station and Iam at my Office. The boy was told by our neighbours that we were out of station. Then the boy dropped an intimation at my residence that he has come to deliver the shipment but we were not available. He has mentioned some
contact numbers of BLUE DART and I was asked to get in touch with them over those numbers. Immediately after coming from Office, I rang up to those mentioned numbers. But nobody has lifted. Even on 09-02 also I rang up but nobody has lifted the phone. 10-02 is Sunday. I went to BLUE DART on
11-02. Then surprisingly I was told that the shipment was returned on 08-02 itself and it has been delivered to the Consignor M/S. ICICI PRUDENTIAL A.M.C. on 09-02. M/S.BLUE DART COURIER SERIVCE has returned the Shipment on the date of receipt (by BLUE DART) itself just by listening to the words of neighbours. They haven't made any second attempt to deliver the shipment to me. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THEY HAVEN'T WAITED TILL I CONTACT THEM AND RETURNED TO THE CONSIGNOR ON THE DATE OF RECEIPT ITSELF. THIS IS THE SERVICE OFFERED BY BLUE DART COURIER SERVICE.
